BRT® ROADFLEX RF800 and ROADFLEX RF850
ROADFLEX RF800 and ROADFLEX RF850 from BRT are aqueous solutions for soil stabilization. Combined with a suitable binder (depending on soil composition – cement or mixed binder) ROADFLEX RF800 or ROADFLEX RF850 ensures significant improvement in soil mechanical properties in most soils.
In contrast to older products that are only durable, our products are also very versatile. This means that they increase the deformation capacity (optimization of elastic modulus, increase in elongation at break) of stable soils. This results in less deformation during use, resulting in increased durability. (The soil is less brittle and less prone to cracking).
Soils treated with ROADFLEX RF showed significantly increased tensile, flexural and tensile values. Therefore, the use of ROADFLEX RF makes the treated substrate overall more resilient and can withstand mechanical loads significantly better. This means that the use of ROADFLEX RF800 and ROADFLEX RF850 in combination with adhesives results in a flexible road body that is resistant to water.
In addition, the use of ROADFLEX RF allows the use of soil materials that were previously unsuitable for road construction. Among other things, it is also possible to reuse existing road construction materials and save costs previously incurred for removal and landfilling.
